« Ce rapport du groupe de travail sur le libre accĂšs dĂ©finit le concept du libre accĂšs, son origine, ainsi que son dĂ©ploiement ici et ailleurs.  Il prĂ©sente les avantages pour le rĂ©seau de l’UniversitĂ© du QuĂ©bec de soutenir et d’envisager le dĂ©veloppement du libre accĂšs.  Finalement, il prĂ©sente des conditions et des pistes d’actions Ă  mettre en place pour favoriser le dĂ©ploiement du libre accĂšs. » (TirĂ© du site)
