Louis Dussault has been a professor in management studies at the University of Quebec in Chicoutimi (UQAC) since 1990. Having several scientific conferences and publications to his name, he specializes in entrepreneurship with his main areas of competence being in business creation and start-up, entrepreneurial management of small businesses, as well as the expansion and development of SMEs. He is also co-author of the book Comment rédiger mon plan d'affaires, with over 15 000 copies sold to date. Since 1998, he holds the position of Executive Director of the UQAC Centre d’entrepreneuriat et d’essaimage (CEE-UQAC). Last but not least, he is responsible for RIA-UQAC since its creation in 2008.

Marie-Anne Blackburn holds a degree in Public Communications from Laval University. She also completed a certificate in Mandarin as a second language from Nankai University and Shanghai University. She lived and worked in China for three years. She is currently the UQAC ambassador to China for international business at UQAC, as well as the international project manager for RIA-UQAC. She speaks French, English and Mandarin.

Marianne Bolduc has a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences and a Certificate in Administration from the University of Quebec in Chicoutimi. Since 2003, she has been working at the UQAC Centre d’entrepreneuriat et d’essaimage (CEE-UQAC). She has held the positions of Activity Facilitator and Communications Coordinator. She has close to ten years experience in public relations and event planning. In addition to being the Quebec project manager for RIA-UQAC, she is also in charge of communications.
