The application period for the 2026 edition of the Masoud Farzaneh Award ends at midnight (EST) on March 31, 2026.
Applications, in PDF format, must be sent by email to the Dean of Research, Creation and Innovation at the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi at DRC_direction@uqac.ca. An acknowledgment of receipt will be sent upon receipt of the application.
Nomination Process
The nomination must be made by a person familiar with the candidate’s contributions. Nominations may not be made by self-nominees. The nomination package must include the following documents :
- A cover letter from the person submitting the application, including convincing arguments and justifying the candidate’s qualifications for the award;
- A detailed CV covering the candidate’s entire career;
- The letter of attestation from the candidate accepting the nomination for the award and agreeing to attend the award ceremony if the nomination is successful.
