Journal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/thejournal.com\/magazine\/vault\/A5437.cfm\">A Second Look at the Nature of Technology in the Classroom<\/a><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;auteur de cet article, Bill Pflaum, a visit\u00e9 un grand nombre d&rsquo;\u00e9coles de tous les niveaux dans le but de d\u00e9terminer<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Why, after investing billions in computer technology for schools are the measurable results so meager?<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Il ne s&rsquo;agit pas vraiment d&rsquo;une \u00e9tude scientifique. L&rsquo;auteur lui-m\u00eame avoue que c&rsquo;est plut\u00f4t une qu\u00eate personnelle de sens, car  les TIC ont eu beaucoup d&rsquo;impact sur sa vie \u00e0 lui.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Quelles sont les conclusions de l&rsquo;auteur?  Elles sont toutes simples!<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>I concluded that computers had no affect on measurable performance because students didn&rsquo;t spend enough time on them doing things that can affect measurable results.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Ce n&rsquo;est pas tout. Il croit aussi que, pour plusieurs apprenants, l&rsquo;utilisation de l&rsquo;ordinateur n&rsquo;est pas toujours un outil appropri\u00e9 en terme de co\u00fbts. Il sugg\u00e8re ensuite que l&rsquo;ordinateur peut souvent \u00eatre plus utile pour le traitement des donn\u00e9es ou l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation que comme environnement d&rsquo;apprentissage (<em>computer based training<\/em>). Mais surtout&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>(J&rsquo;ai ajout\u00e9 le gras et le soulignement!)<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>The equation of <strong>Kid + Computer = Learning does not work<\/strong>. Instead, <ins><strong>the equation must be Kid + Computer + An Engaged Teacher = Learning<\/strong><\/ins>. In other words, the teacher, not the computer, is key.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7a fait du bien de se le faire r\u00e9p\u00e9ter parfois!!!!<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;auteur va plus loin et propose quelques exemples d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration r\u00e9ussie.
