﻿{"id":715,"date":"2009-05-19T08:13:41","date_gmt":"2009-05-19T08:13:41","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2009-06-22T20:43:34","modified_gmt":"2009-06-22T20:43:34","slug":"sur-la-fracture-numerique","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.uqac.ca\/pedagotic\/sur-la-fracture-numerique\/","title":{"rendered":"Sur la fracture num\u00e9rique&#8230; (Dans le cadre d&rsquo;un colloque sur l&rsquo;enseignement hybride!)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Je donne une communication \u00e0 propos de la fracture num\u00e9rique cette semaine (jeudi) dans le cadre d&rsquo;un <a href=\"http:\/\/www.umoncton.ca\/edperm\/node\/159\" hreflang=\"fr\">colloque sur l&rsquo;enseignement hybride<\/a>, un \u00e9v\u00e8nement en marge du <a href=\"http:\/\/www.refad.ca\/colloque_2009.html\" hreflang=\"fr\">colloque du REFAD<\/a>. On m&rsquo;a propos\u00e9 de remplacer un conf\u00e9rencier \u00e0 quelques semaines d&rsquo;avis et j&rsquo;ai accept\u00e9.  J&rsquo;ignore \u00e0 quoi j&rsquo;ai pens\u00e9&#8230;  La communication que moi et David (un \u00e9tudiant avec qui je collabore et qui est coauteur) avions \u00e0 proposer n&rsquo;a qu&rsquo;un lien t\u00e9nu avec l&rsquo;enseignement hybride. Il faut dire que j&rsquo;esp\u00e9rais depuis longtemps rencontrer plusieurs personnes du Nouveau-Brunswick qui me semblent tr\u00e8s actives et tr\u00e8s au fait de la probl\u00e9matique de l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration des TIC en enseignement. Elles font partie de mon r\u00e9seau social num\u00e9rique. Certains sont des chercheurs ou des universitaires, d&rsquo;autres sont des acteurs du monde scolaire. J&rsquo;ai saut\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;occasion qui se pr\u00e9sentait d&rsquo;en rencontrer quelques-uns&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Si le th\u00e8me de l&rsquo;enseignement hybride vous int\u00e9resse, les communications seront diffus\u00e9es sur le Web.  Suivez le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.umoncton.ca\/edperm\/node\/161\" hreflang=\"fr\">lien vers le programme<\/a> et cliquez sur l&rsquo;icone USTREAM au moment de la communication.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Voici les grandes lignes du raisonnement que je vais tenter de transmettre aux participants.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>La fracture num\u00e9rique existe toujours.  Plusieurs ont cess\u00e9 de s&rsquo;y int\u00e9resser, mais elle n&rsquo;a pas disparu. Dans le cadre d&rsquo;un projet qui, \u00e0 terme, nous permettra d&rsquo;\u00e9tudier sa pr\u00e9sence et ses impacts au sein du corps enseignant, nous avons fait une revue des \u00e9crits r\u00e9cents pour la d\u00e9finir le plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment possible. Nous avons constat\u00e9 qu&rsquo;elle avait chang\u00e9 de forme ou, plut\u00f4t, \u00e9voluer avec la compr\u00e9hension que l&rsquo;on a de ce probl\u00e8me. Nous avons aussi extrait quelques le\u00e7ons des \u00e9crits \u00e0 propos de la fracture num\u00e9rique. Ces le\u00e7ons m&rsquo;ont amen\u00e9 \u00e0 croire que, dans certaines conditions, l&rsquo;enseignement hybride serait une solution particuli\u00e8rement bien adapt\u00e9e au probl\u00e8me de fracture num\u00e9rique. J&rsquo;ai encore de la difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 expliquer clairement pourquoi ou comment&#8230;  C&rsquo;est ce que je vais essayer faire lors du colloque. En fait, j&rsquo;esp\u00e8re r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 tellement bien d\u00e9finir la fracture num\u00e9rique et son \u00e9volution dans le temps que la solution va s&rsquo;imposer d&rsquo;elle-m\u00eame.
