Comment r\u00e9ussir une telle int\u00e9gration&nbsp;? L&#8217;adaptation de l&#8217;Universit\u00e9 \u00e0 ce contexte exige une analyse des attitudes et des comportements des enseignants vis-\u00e0-vis des technologies ainsi qu&#8217;une \u00e9valuation de leur acc\u00e8s \u00e0 ces technologies&nbsp;; cet article vise \u00e0 faire \u00e9tat des r\u00e9sultats d&#8217;une \u00e9tude des comportements du corps enseignant de l&#8217;UQ\u00c0M.<\/p>\n<p><ins>Mots cl\u00e9s :<\/ins> int\u00e9gration des TIC&nbsp;; attitudes et comportements des enseignants&nbsp;; fracture num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>ABSTRACT<\/strong><br \/>The integration of information and communication technologies in universities poses considerable challenges: the adaptation of professors to these technologies, the transformation of teaching practices, and the closing of the digital divide within the teaching community. How can these issues be resolved? The adaptation of universities to IT and ICT calls for an analysis of professors&#8217; attitudes and behaviours in their use of and access to technologies. This article presents the results of a behavioural survey conducted on UQ\u00c0M&#8217;s teaching staff. <\/p>\n<p><ins>Keywords<\/ins>: IT integration; teachers&#8217; attitudes and behaviours; digital divide.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>RESUMEN<\/strong><br \/>La integraci\u00f3n de las tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n y de la comunicaci\u00f3n en la ense\u00f1anza pone la universidad en frente de desafios importantes, entre otros el de la adaptaci\u00f3n de los docentes a estas tecnolog\u00edas, la transformaci\u00f3n de pr\u00e1cticas en la ense\u00f1anza y la reducci\u00f3n de la fractura num\u00e9rica en el seno del cuerpo profesoral. C\u00f3mo llegar a dicha integraci\u00f3n?
