En m\u00eame temps, il entre dans un processus d&rsquo;adaptation d\u00e9clench\u00e9 par une situation nouvelle : le terrain. Afin de mieux pr\u00e9parer les finissants du module d&rsquo;\u00e9ducation au pr\u00e9scolaire et d&rsquo;enseignement au primaire \u00e0 leur entr\u00e9e dans cette nouvelle r\u00e9alit\u00e9, <em>un atelier d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration a \u00e9t\u00e9 initi\u00e9 et \u00e9labor\u00e9 par S\u00e9bastien Rojo, doctorant en \u00e9ducation, en collaboration avec Nadia Cody et Nicole Tremblay, respectivement professeure et directrice du module. <b>Unique au Qu\u00e9bec<\/b>, cette activit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e le 25 f\u00e9vrier dernier dans le cadre du cours S\u00e9minaire d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration : pratique professionnelle et actualisation de la personne. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Afin de r\u00e9pondre de mani\u00e8re sp\u00e9cifique aux besoins des futurs enseignants, une modalit\u00e9 pragmatique de formation leur a \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9e. En quinze minutes les 62 \u00e9tudiants, r\u00e9partis en \u00e9quipe de six, posaient le plus de questions possible aux professeurs, enseignants, intervenants et professionnels du milieu scolaire sur des th\u00e8mes pr\u00e9cis qu&rsquo;ils avaient pr\u00e9alablement identifi\u00e9s : les commissions scolaires; les syndicats d&rsquo;enseignement; les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s du terrain; le stress de la profession; la classe multi\u00e2ge; les milieux \u00e0 risque; l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration et l&rsquo;inclusion; la diff\u00e9renciation p\u00e9dagogique en vue d&rsquo;obtenir un grand nombre de r\u00e9ponses et de pistes utiles concernant leur future r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Une fois le temps \u00e9coul\u00e9, les \u00e9quipes \u00e9taient invit\u00e9es \u00e0 aller rencontrer les personnes-ressources responsables du th\u00e8me suivant, ce qui signifie qu&rsquo;\u00e0 la toute fin de la p\u00e9riode pr\u00e9vue \u00e0 cet effet, chaque petit groupe d&rsquo;\u00e9tudiants avait eu l&rsquo;occasion de faire le tour de toutes les cellules th\u00e9matiques, donc d&rsquo;\u00e9changer avec les 23 personnes-ressources invit\u00e9es. La deuxi\u00e8me partie de l&rsquo;atelier s\u2018organisait en pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re autour des constats des experts et des derni\u00e8res interrogations des \u00e9tudiants.<\/p>\n<p><b>Le succ\u00e8s de cette formule est ind\u00e9niable et prometteur<\/b>.
