Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une \u00e9mission bas\u00e9e sur les recherches acad\u00e9miques de Priscilla Plamondon Lalancette, journaliste \u00e0 Radio-Canada et d\u00e9tentrice d\u2019une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uqac.ca\/programme\/3595-m-en-etudes-et-interventions-regionales\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ma\u00eetrise en \u00e9tudes et interventions r\u00e9gionales<\/a> de l\u2019UQAC.<\/p>\n<p>Son m\u00e9moire, <em><a href=\"https:\/\/constellation.uqac.ca\/id\/eprint\/5920\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Histoire de la gastronomie qu\u00e9b\u00e9coise : l\u2019\u00e9mergence d\u2019une identit\u00e9 culinaire<\/a><\/em>, sous la direction de Cylvie Claveau, a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9 en 2020. Lors de son cheminement aux cycles sup\u00e9rieurs, Priscilla a notamment b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d\u2019une bourse du Conseil de recherche en sciences humaines du Canada (CRSH) et du Prix Chercheur-\u00c9toile du Fonds de recherche du Qu\u00e9bec \u2013 Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et culture (FRQSC). Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des archives saisissantes, des historiennes, historiens et sociologues vont aussi fouiller notre h\u00e9ritage culinaire et retracer tout le chemin parcouru, de l\u2019\u00e9poque o\u00f9 nos grands-m\u00e8res faisaient les conserves, en passant par l\u2019Expo 67, la fondation de l\u2019Institut de tourisme et d\u2019h\u00f4tellerie du Qu\u00e9bec, et la mont\u00e9e des chefs qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois qui ont d\u00e9tr\u00f4n\u00e9 la gastronomie fran\u00e7aise dans la belle province.
